Printed Artwork
- Packages are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- All physical products are shipped via UPS with a tracking number provided. We will send you a link to track your package online once it has shipped. No signature is required upon delivery.
- Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your order.
- For efficiency, we recommend grouping all items into a single order, as we are unable to combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each.
- Your package will be shipped at your own risk, though special care is taken to protect fragile items.
- We use appropriately sized boxes and protective materials to ensure your printed artwork arrives safely.
Digital Artwork
- Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link after payment is received. No physical shipping applies to digital items.
Important Notice: Returns & Refunds
Due to the on-demand nature of printed artwork and the instant delivery of digital artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Printed Artwork: Each piece is custom-printed specifically for you upon ordering, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
- Digital Artwork: Since digital files are delivered immediately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for any digital purchases. Please ensure that the file format meets your needs before purchasing.
